For Kids

After School Program

In this class children will learn the importance of good nutrition, recognizing the ingredients, their functions and benefits.They will stimulate critical thinking when choosing foods, while learning how to cook delicious recipes! Children will develop communication and teamwork skills, interacting with other children, socializing, and developing more self-confidence and better self-esteem.
